We split the web development process into two main stages:
Stage I - Website design
What we basically do is to create the look and feel of the website. The goal of
this stage is to get the homepage and a generic internal page design as images.
The generic internal page will be "customized" for each page later, including
images and other graphic resources to make them different from the others; but
the look of the pages is defined here.

 |
We can say that this generic internal page works like a template. Two initial
drafts are provided and 4 revisions are performed by applying your suggestions.
This first stage takes between 5 and 10 working days.
The homepage is designs include -besides its look and feel- the actual texts,
images and links that it will have in its final version. Again, two initial
drafts are provided and 4 revisions are performed by applying your suggestions.
Stage II -Page development
Once the look and feel has been created, each site's page is generated by
applying the text you provide us on the design obtained on stage I. As a final
result, all the pages are converted to html and are ready to be publish on your
web server. This stage takes about a day per html page to be developed.
General comments:
We usually provide images free of charge, taken from image stocks. In case you
don't like them, you're free to provide us with your own images.
It is expected that you provide us with all the texts and information to be
included in the pages. A MS-PowerPoint will be ok for us.
We can upload the page files to a web server, once we're provided with user name
and password of your web server. Otherwise will deliver the site files zipped to
be uploaded at your best convenience. |
